- We process only the data required for QPoker to function: account identifiers (such as email or login), display name or nickname, gametag, rating and in-app game statistics, content you submit in game rooms or Live sessions (including chat or messages where available), optional contact details for feedback, technical information about your device and app version, and connection metadata needed for real-time features (online rooms and Live games).
- Purposes include: authentication and session management; operating game rooms, matchmaking, and Live game sessions (host and player roles); leaderboards and statistics; in-app and push notifications when you enable them; customer support; abuse prevention; and improving reliability and quality of the service.
- Storage and security: we store personal data on protected servers only for as long as necessary for these purposes. Session credentials are stored on the device in secure storage. The mobile client does not rely on cookies for core sign-in.
- Sharing: infrastructure and communication providers (hosting, email or push delivery, and similar subcontractors) may process data strictly to the extent required to provide the service, under contracts or legal obligations.
- Advertising: we do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs in the app and do not sell your data for targeted advertising.
- Your rights: depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
